Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error, along with your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate legal district. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complaining party files a legal action within a specified time period.
